Support

    • Say that you are a Profile EMR user and you will be connected to the Profile EMR team member who is on call
  • Profile EMR team: EMRhelp@vch.ca
  • Clinical Informatics: CommunityInformatics@vch.ca 
  • Change Requests: Go to User Requests > Change Requests, and choose the appropriate Change Request Form 
  • Standard Order Requests: Go to User Requests > Standard Order Requests > Profile EMR > choose the appropriate Standard Order Request Form
  • Access Requests: Go to Primary Care & Community Information Services website > Profile EMR
  • QI Support: Please refer to the resources provided with your access.
    • If you are unable to create the report you need, you may submit a change request using the process above
    • Note: QI is unavailable on the first Friday of every month for refresh
