Background
This help file lists the recommended ways to record OAT Missed Doses. OAT Missed Dose dates are easily trended in the OUD form as well as other OAT reports. As your team receives faxes from pharmacies notifying you of one of your client's OAT Missed Dose, your team can decide which role would enter these dates into Profile EMR - whether it's the admin staff or substance use nurse. If admin staff enters this date during the Scan Processor workflow, this may eliminate the need for processing the fax notification from the pharmacy into the Medical Record.
