- Type Input for example: pulse rate and respiratory rate
- Press Enter key or Space Bar

Important Hints
- Information is stored properly when Output is hyperlinked (i.e. blue and underlined). Measurements will be updated in the Clinical Details Panel, and will also be available in the Graph View (e.g. when clicking on the hyperlink)
- When entering Imperial System measures (e.g. lb, in), Profile EMR will automatically convert the measure to Metric System measures (e.g. kg, cm)
- Always use a space between the measure name and the value
- Use either the [Space Bar] or the [Enter] key after the observation to initiate the inline editing (to create the hyperlink).
