Photo Size: When uploading photos from your personal device to a computer, make sure the photo is of good quality while trying to maintain a size that is as small as possible.
REMINDER: Make sure the patient is NOT identifiable in the image you are attaching in EMR. Please delete the photo from your personal device and computer after it’s been attached.
Inserting a Picture into Current Position in a New Encounter
1. Go to New Encounter in Medical Record
2. Click on Insert a Picture into Current Position
3. Open pop up window will appear
A. Choose the location as to where the photo was saved from the drop-down menu
B. Find and click over the saved image file
C. Click on Open
4. Image will appear as a visible photo in Encounter
