Add a User to your Clinic's ScanFax Network Folder
- Create a Modify Existing User Account request via the Service Desk self-service portal by clicking this link
- Request Type: Change Access/Permissions
- List Network Folders Required: Insert full path to your clinic's ScanFax folder location
(eg:, \\vch.ca\departments\3B Temp COVID Testing Site\SCANfax)
List of ScanFax folder paths can be found in the Profile EMR Clinic Details help file - Permissions: Read/Write
This is a PRIORITY request for <clinic name>. Please expedite this request. Please ADD the below user/s with Read/Write access to the following existing folder <folder full path>.
NOTE: Please confirm permissions to ensure that users cannot delete folder <folder full path>. The user/s should be able the move/delete items within the folder, but should NOT be able to delete/move/modify the folder itself.

Note: If this is an urgent request, escalate the request by calling the service desk with the ticket number.
Remove a User to your Clinic's ScanFax Network Folder
Follow same instructions as above except for Additional Details:
- Additional Details: Copy and paste the below message including table
Please REMOVE the below user/s Read/Write access to the following existing folder <folder full path>.
