Delete Booking Pop-up Notice
Background
When added to a client's record, administrative booking (ADMBK), (DONOTSEDUP), (SEEHISTORY) & social/risk Staff Safety Plan (SHX200) problems can "pop-up" to flag important reminders/notices for system users. A notification "pop-up" window will appear for users with the reminder/notice when a client appointment is created, an existing client appointment is altered (reassigned or edited), or when the appointment status is changed to "Arrived".
Important: Client alerts are managed in the Client Registration Form.
Add Booking Pop-up Notice
1. Go to the Medical Record of the client you wish to add a booking pop-up notice for
2. Click on Problems
3. Click on the New Problem drop-down and select Administrative or Social/Risk
4. In the Code field, type in ADMBK (for Administrative), SHX200 (for Social/Risk).
5. Enter the description for the alert into the Description field (e.g. Do not schedule with student clinicians, etc.).
6. Click OK to save the pop-up.
When the the above problems are created (as well as Administrative DONOTSEDUP and SEEHISTORY) for a client - Errors and Warnings "pop-up" will open when:
A NET new client appointment is created
An existing client appointment is edited/moved from one clinician's calendar to another's
An existing client appointment is edited/updated with new appointment type
An existing client appointment status changed to "Arrive"
Adding Booking Alerts
1. Go to the Medical Record of the client you wish to add a booking pop-up notice for
2. Click on Problems
3. Click on the New Problem drop-down and select Administrative
4. In the Code field, type a code.
5. Enter the description for the alert into the Description field (e.g. Do not schedule with student clinicians, etc.).
6. Select required Alert events: Adding Appointments and/or Altering Appointments and/or Patient Arrives.
7. Click OK to save the alert.
*Note: Occurs for CSC/CA users Only!
When Admin problems are created for a client the Alerts will open for the appointment events selected:
- Appointment will show "Alerts" tab when a new appointment added
- Alerts tab will automatically open when the an existing client appointment was altered
- Alerts screen will automatically open when the client's appointment status changed to "Arrived"
Delete Booking Pop-Up Notice
1. Go to the Medical Record of the client you wish to delete the booking pop-up notice for
2. Click on Problems
3. Right-click the booking notice and select Delete.
4. The selected problem will be permanently deleted. Press OK to delete window will appear. Click OK to delete the booking notice.
