Problem
A script error appears when trying to save a client with the Client Registration form. This occurs because the client has multiple active phone numbers of the same type saved in PARIS (e.g. two cell phone numbers).
Solution
1. Open PARIS and navigate to where the client's contact details are saved. See this article within PARIS User Help for more information.
If you or anyone else in your clinic do not have a PARIS account, please email EMRHelp@vch.ca who can assist you with the next steps.
2. Identify which phone numbers are both active and have the same type (e.g. two cell phone numbers).
3. End-date or change the type for one of the phone numbers.
a. End-date: change the Valid To date to yesterday
OR
b. Type: change the phone type to a new one (e.g. Cell → Work)
