EMR Reports (Stored Queries)

To access Stored Queries in the EMR, click Report and then select Stored Queries (outlined in red).  Next, click the applicable query (commonly used queries are outlined in green) and type the input parameter it asks for (e.g. PC POS 3 letter code or PARIS ID). Click OK to run the query.

Team Membership Report	This query generates a list of users who belong a clinic	POS (three letter code)
Task/Distribution Group Membership	This query generates a list of users who belong to a task group	POS (three letter code)
Clients in ALT POS	This query generates a list of clients in a specific ALT POS.  The User is prompted to enter the three-digit ALT POS code.  The client must have this ALT POS on their yellow bar for them to be in the list. Clients may be removed from the POS by selecting a client in the list.  The client is on the yellow bar, and can then be updated (PC POS, ALT POS, and MRP - depending on the users login credentials).  This functionality applies to all reports on this list. Clients in PC POS	This query generates a list of clients in a specific PC POS.  The User is prompted to enter the three-digit PC POS code.  The client must have this PC POS on their yellow bar for them to be in the list.	PC POS (three letter code)
List of Appointments by Clinic and Start Date	The results show a list of clients (name, dob, POS, MRP) who have attended an appointment (arrived, seen, closed) at a specific POS. The output shows the appointment status, type, reason, and attending clinician. This report can be used to determine the type of appointments a clinic is experiencing in a period of time (by month, quarterly), the number of no-shows, and the number of walk-ins. List of Clinic Appointments by CLIENT	The results display activity for an individual client.  The columns include:  client’s name, dob, POS, MRP, appointment date, type, reason, and attending clinician.	PARIS ID
My Caseload - Active Patients	The results display a list of active clients who have the specific clinician as a clinical provider.  This is entered in Care Team, or the MRP may be added on the yellow bar.	Clinician user id (e.g. sdevlaming)
COVID Vaccines by POS	The results display active & inactive clients, their demographics, MRP, PC and Alt POS,  the manufacturer & dose of  COVID-19 vaccine, and the date given.	Enter your clinic POS code (3 letters) into both the PC and Alt POS fields. (e.g. PC POS PEN, Alt POS PEN)
