Background
MRP to Review: Signs transaction and automatically creates a task for either the MRP (non-MHSU POS) or Psychiatrist (MHSU POS)
Review at Next Visit: Signs transaction and automatically creates a Front of Chart task
Last 20 Signed Transactions:
Click the dropdown to display the last 20 transactions you've signed (for those transactions you accidentally signed and can’t remember who it was, or want to check back on something)
First button Expands All in the list, second button Collapses All in the list
MRP to Review
The MRP to Review button does three things in one click:
- Signs the transaction
- Annotates the transaction that a task has been created

Creates a task with
- Subject as the transaction title, IF the transaction title line (not client name) is selected prior to clicking the MRP to Review button
- If you are logged into a MHSU POS, the Task Subject is prefixed with "MHSU"
- Holder set to:
- If you are logged into a non-MHSU POS, to the client's assigned MRP
- If you are logged into a MHSU POS, to the client's assigned Psychiatrist
- If client has no assigned MRP or Psychiatrist, the holder will be blank
- Explanation and Links includes a hyperlink to the transaction
- Subject as the transaction title, IF the transaction title line (not client name) is selected prior to clicking the MRP to Review button
Review at Next Visit
The Review at Next Visit button does three things in one click:
- Signs the transaction
- Annotates the transaction that a task has been created

- Subject as the transaction title, IF the transaction title line (not client name) is selected prior to clicking the Review at Next Visit button, and transaction date
- If you are logged into a MHSU POS, the Task Subject is prefixed with "MHSU"
- Holder set to Front-Of-Chart (FOC)
- Explanation and Links includes a hyperlink to the transaction
- Subject as the transaction title, IF the transaction title line (not client name) is selected prior to clicking the Review at Next Visit button, and transaction date
Note: It is not necessary not to use your particular clinic's FOC user (i.e., Pen-FOC or DCH-FOC) – the generic FOC works just as well.

First button expands all in the list, second button collapses all in the list.
Annotate
You can use the Annotate button to add an annotation to the lab result and you have the choice to sign it at the same time or just create the annotation with no sign off.
Note: Using the shortcuts is optional
